Presley is an 11 year old spayed female American Eskimo dog (Eskie). She was surrendered by a family that did not treat her well. She has been recovering in mind and in body in her foster home. Her progress in becoming an affectionate social dog has been really amazing. Presley is ready to go to her own home, but that home should not include small children.

Presley is double-coated and has guard hairs that grow through a dense undercoat. Her signature Eskie white coat is silky, soft, thick, and beautiful. Her coat does require regular brushing to keep it that way. Despite their name and appearance Eskies are indoor companion animals, not the northern sled dogs they resemble. Eskies are known for their good health and longevity as well as their fluffy white coats. They can live into their late teens.

We place dogs within a one hour drive from Rockville MD. we concentrate our adoptions in these areas only. With our limited resources, applications outside of our immediate service area will not be accepted, no exceptions. We take all animals to the home visit and meet and greet before they are adopted.
