Eight year old Cesar spent his whole life with his person who passed away in April at the age of 72. The family could not provide care for Cesar so the called Bichon rescue and here I am today in a foster home. I really love my foster family and they really love me but I am looking for my next forever home. Cesar's is a mellow laid-back dog with a medium energy level dog. Cesar is up-to-date with his vaccinations, heartworm negative, and recently neutered. Cesar is working on house training and getting better everyday.
