Thank you for completing our Application Short Form.
Animals show up here from various sources, such as rescue groups, private individuals, or wherever this is an animal at risk of losing their home or already on death row. Your information will be evaluated and you will be informed of your next step. We do verify all information you provide on your application. We verify you are who you say you are, you live where you say you live, and verify all members of your household. We obtain information from public and information sources that gather and provide your public information. This information will be used to determine if the animal you applied for would be an appropriate match for your family. BY SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION YOU AGREE TO THIS BACKGROUND CHECKING.
The next step may involve a phone interview, or you may be directed to complete another application or answer additional questions.
We are only looking to make sure any animal you inquire about would be a good lifetime companion for your family. Please read and answer each question carefully and provide as much detail as possible. Each question asked and every answer you provide will assist us in matching a companion animal in your home.
Please be patient and wait to hear from us. We do work on your application immediately even if you do not hear from us. We start working on the application that is best match for animal being applied for. Sometimes an animal must be in our care longer to determine who they are so that we can know who they are.
Thank you
Hal
